The Honourable Lawmaker, Prof. Steve Sinikiem Azaiki, representing Yenagoa/Kolokuma-Opokuma Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, in collaboration with the relevant Federal Agency in Abuja, will implement a reach-out programme, in the health sector. The essence of the scheme is to support health service delivery to the people.
Heads of primary health care centres in the areas as identified by their respective State House of Assembly Members are therefore, requested to obtain forms at the Azaiki Public Library, along Imgbi Road, Amarata, Yenagoa, from now to the date of collection of items. The items are to be distributed Wednesday, 29th January, 2020, 10a.m. prompt, at same address.
For proper identification, they are to take along introductory letters from the State Ministry of Health; Paramount Ruler and Community Development Committee (CDC) of the host communities as well as the Honourable House of Assembly Member of the State Constituency where the health centre is located.
